TIRAMISU!

4 June 12
A few months ago GeekGirlCon helped EMP Museum close their Battlestar Galactica exhibit at the GalactiBash. This Friday night, we’ll be at EMP Museum’s opening party to kickoff the “Icons of Science Fiction” exhibit. GeekGirlCon will have a table at the event with an interactive game, present a panel, and host rousing rounds of the game “Blink! Don’t Blink!”.
Don’t miss this opportunity to preview the exhibit and squee over props and costumes with your geek peers. The exhibit includes an Imperial Dalek, Captain Kirk’s command chair, and Neo’s coat–plus a whole lot more. Opening party activities include a Star Trek/Doctor Who trivia competition, photo-ops, and interview with curator Brooks Peck and artifact collector Aaron Carlson. Advance tickets are required. Visit the EMP Museum event site for more details.
