GPOYW: Sad excuse for purikura via lame android app on my phone. IDK. What does this even say? hahaha.
After the Scott Pilgrim screening, I had some time to kill before heading home so I wandered into GameWorks to see if the purikura machine was finally back in service. Doing puri solo is tougher than I thought! The time limit feels like it’s running out twice as fast! I’m surprised I got this far in decorating, haha!
My first time using the machine in Seattle, and my first time doing drunken purikura! If you look closely, you can kinda see my glasses starting to get all fogged up because my face is so hot! Hahaha! I love this machine because it’s so cheap, but the super short time limit drives me crazy! I still have a bunch of credits left on my Gameworks card so I will most definitely be back soon. :)
I’m back in Washington now, but just barely. Yesterday, I was one of those people you think you only see in romcoms, running through the airport trying to catch their flight before the gate closes. Except in my movie, there is no handsome beau waiting for me on the plane. Just a Filipino family of 5 in my row, all up in my personal space. Such is life.
Why was I running, you ask? Well, after brunch, my ladies and I lost track of time at Cue Studio when we fell down the rabbit hole:

Crazy times. Check the next post to see the fruits of our labor.
The past few weeks feel like such a whirlwind. I got to see a bunch of my favorite people, eat at my favorite restaurants, and dance at my favorite clubs. But as amazing as everything has been, and as much as I am already missing all of my friends, I would be lying if I said I didn’t miss the good ol’ Pacific Northwest. I feel so happy to be home. And this place definitely feels like home, even moreso than it did before.
Stay tuned during the next week or so because I have TONS of pics & videos I need to upload to this here blog once I get around to editing everything. :)

The other day, I was going through some boxes in search of a power cord when I stumbled upon my puri wallet. Boy, what a blast from the past! I used to carry this thing around with me everywhere. I was so proud of my little collection and it never failed to cheer me up when I was having a bad day. At one point, this wallet was bulging so much I couldn’t get it to snap close! I eventually transferred the majority of my collection onto my iPod (and Flickr) and thank goodness I did because the plastic pockets did not do a good job at preserving the memories! Check this shizz out:

You can definitely tell which machines had shitty inks! Crazytown. Anyway, this trip down memory lane got me all nostalgic so I decided to post some of my fave pics over the years:

I need to make some friends here already so I can drag them into a puri booth!
